Artwork Commissions- Use and Licensing

The custom artworks Artwork I create are sold to you as a license for personal use.
As an Artist creating original artwork, you are buying a license of use.

When you order your Oracle portrait or other custom work you are granted permission to use it it in the following ways:

• Print and frame to hang in your home

• Share on your own Social Media Channels or website to promote an event (please see terms below)

• Use on your Personal Website
  

  The Artwork is for personal use only and not for resale or commercial use.
  Therefore you are not permitted to do the following:
  

• Sell on or profit from the artwork (other than those ways mentioned above)

• Use the artwork for commercial digital/print reproduction (eg: books, magazines) without including artistic credit

• Copy or reproduce any part of the artwork

• Change the artwork in any way with filters or cropping adding text.
